REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason tangible a registered participant is unable to report present at the event, he/she may elect in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee, another person to represent him/her. If a registered participant is unable to attend and does not elect a representative and provided the Conference Registry is informed in writing by the final date for payment that is displayed on the Website of the event in question, the Fee paid would be withheld by ICYMHEI as payment towards a place at the same event coming up the following year or another ICYMHEI event that takes place in 12 Months following the originally booked event. In case of a Contributing Author, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings if the Fee is held back for another Conference but may be eligible for publication in a later event if appropriate.
Where a Registered Participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, the following Refund Arrangements will apply:
AUTHORS: If Registration is cancelled because of the fact your paper was not selected, you will be eligible for an 80% refund of the Registration Fee paid. The remaining 20 Percent of the Fee contributes to Administrative Cost incurred by Organizers.
- Registration cancelled more than 60 Days before the event is eligible for a 60% refund of the Registration Fee paid.
- Registration cancelled less than 60 Days but more than 30 Days before the event will be eligible to a 40 % refund of the Registration Fee paid.
- Registration cancelled less than 30 Days before the event is not eligible for any refund.
- Failure to Register after receiving a Paper Acceptance after review process will incur a $50 Review Fee.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made by non-authors of the event.
