Mr. Cyrile N Asonganyi originally is from Cameroon and is currently residing in the USA. He has a background knowledge and a degree in town and country planning obtained in Cameroon in NASPWA, following his relocation to the United States of America. He ventured into the health care sector, in nursing and mental health. He is a certified nurse and holds a Master of Science certification in mental health and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a focus on behavioral health. With unmatched knowledge and experience in the field of mental health, he’s held competitive positions in one of the leading mental health institutions in Virginia where he currently serves as the administrator, certified training coordinator and a QMHP. He is also the president/CEO of CyRa Consultancy LLC and Revamp Support Residential Services LLP recognized and licensed by the state of VA, supporting people with mental health challenges.
Sharia Fraser is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, particularly among Black and mixed girls, through mindfulness, journaling, and creativity. As the co-founder of Sanda Forever, Sharia has demonstrated her commitment to helping young people build resilience and confidence. Her work is reflected in the books she co-authored, such as “Journal, Organize & Colour Your Way to Mindfulness” and “The Map Inside My Mind”, which aim to promote self-expression and mental well-being.

Dr. Akwo is a former Assistant Professor of Clinical Microbiology at the College of Medicine, Texila American University, Georgetown, Guyana, South America, where he also served as an Independent Consultant and Clinical Manager overseeing clinical rotations at Georgetown Public Hospital Cooperation. Previously, Dr. Akwo served as Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences and Laboratory Manager at St. Louis University Institute of Health and Biomedical Sciences in Bamenda, Cameroon. He designed and supervised research projects focusing on poverty-related diseases (HIV, TB, Malaria) and neglected tropical diseases. With ample experience in clinical laboratory settings and a strong dedication to scientific excellence, Dr.Akwo is committed to advancing research, teaching, and practical applications in infectious diseases, advising public health agencies on disease control, prevention, and laboratory testing strategies.MC NOTES Beyond academia, Dr. Akwo has also notably contributed to community and non-profit sectors.
